We at BEL strive to deliver the highest quality as well as exceptional service at the lowest prices in the market. While we strive to meet your every expectation, we want you to be aware of certain limitations. 

Please read and acknowledge receipt of the following stating that you agree with and are aware of all the criterion and conditions listed.

You are responsible for proof reading all the typesetting and layout of your printing. Although every effort is made to reduce errors in spelling, grammar and layout, we cannot be responsible for reprinting jobs that have been proofed and approved by the customer for printing.

Any items that has been proofed and approved for printing by the customer or customer's representative will only be corrected at the customer's expense.

If you choose not to proof your job, Print Mug will not be responsible for any errors and will expect payment in full for work completed.

- Color Matching

When requesting certain color matches, either with pantone call-outs or by sending us the original artwork itself, be aware that not all the colors may be exactly replicated. Certain shades of pinks or purples are not possible to re-create using ceramic inks.
We shall make every attempt to achieve a close match.

When requesting 4-color process, if poor (low resolution) artwork is submitted, we will not accept responsibility for final production results.
If you are going to require a color match, we suggest that you order a "Sample" first. This is explained in more detail below.


- Samples

We do offer a "Sample run" prior to final production. Although there will be an additional charge for this sample, it is a highly recommended option. When a specific color match is required or even when specific placement onto wares is requested, a sample can provide you with these specifics.
This sample will enable you to view first-hand the specific color(s) as well as placement of the decals onto the wares.
Only upon approval of the sample run would we begin final production.

Note: Unless we are given specific instructions on "Placement" of the printed decals onto the mugs, we shall apply these according to our specifications.

- Mock-ups

Once an order is established, we offer a computer-generated prototype (or mock-up). This service is complimentary, however we do reserve the right to limit the number of mock-ups due to heavy workloads.
This electronic mock-up merely gives a visual insight as to how your image/logo will look on our wares. This mock-up is by no means to be confused with a "Sample". The colors are not guaranteed, as what you see on your screen may look different from what we send you.

- Submitting Artwork

We require "Camera-Ready" artwork in order to effectively re-create screens. If you are unable to provide this, we could arrange for our art department to assist you at an additional charge. This service is dependant on workload scheduling and may not be effective for "Rush" jobs.

- Overruns

To avoid coming up short on an order, we may go over by up to 5%. If you are not interested in overruns, you must request "No Overrun" on your order.In this case your order may be shipped up to 10% less. And you will, of course, not be charged for the items you didn't receive. Be aware that, since you are not charged for items broken during shipping, we cannot replace them in smaller quanitities.

If you do not request "No Overrun", the default is that overrun would be okay.

- Shipment of Order

We guarantee shipment date when required; however we are unable to guarantee date of receipt. Ultimate responsibility for this lies with the shipping company.
Be assured that we only use reliable couriers with good tracking systems in place.
We recommend that you promptly inspect all merchandise upon receipt.
As with any purchase, upon release to the carrier (example UPS), title for merchandise does pass to the buyer.

- Returns

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from us.
If for any reason you are sending back a shipment, we will authorize you to have it picked up by a courier of our choice. This requires a call-tag that we will provide.
